Does anyone have the spacing between eyelets on an original 5E3 tagboard? Did fender have a set spacing for components or did each model have its unique layout.
thanks

maybe a better question would be how do you guys create your tagboard layouts? Just wing it?

When I layout a new board design with eyelets, I use 5/16" to 3/8' spacing.

I run em up on graph paper and use 3/8" spacing...partly because it's easier to eyeball...wouldnt suprise me if that's how Fender came up with their 3/8" spacing as well. if i need to do some serious squeezing i load up deltacad or a layout program and use that.

thank you guys for the replys:)
so 3/8 would be the standard spacing for resistors and small caps. when you have filter caps on board do you just double that and use 3/4, or do you adjust for the size of the cap?
