I am building a Sloclone on a fender twin reverb. The PT is original but the OT is an upgrade. The schematic of the SLo100 has a 25k bias pot. What wattage rating should I use?

There is no appreciable current in the bias circuit,so wattage is not a concern.I would suggest using a cermet pot since the bias is dc volts and your regular volume type pot does not take well to dc.

What if I just used the same bias circuit that was used in this SF twin reverb? Do you see any problems?

The SF doesnt have a bias adjustment,it is a bias "balance" that divides a fixed amount of neg.volts to the 2 sides of the output.Better to rewire this set up like the Backface, which is a true bias adjustment. As long as the 10k pot gives you enough latitude to adjust the bias it will be okay.
