Valvestate 65 Volume Problem

HI YA ALL

This is my first time using this website, my vs65 amp is having some volume trouble, i can barely hear the guitar even if it is cranked all the way to ten , sounds as if it were set at the minimum volume, i tried changing the Ecc 83 valve / tube but it still has the same problem, plese help,,,,,,

Try patching a chord from the send to the return and see if your jacks are corroded. Also try taking the send out and sending it to the front of another amp or return and use the volume of the preamp to vary the volume. If it works then your problem is in the power section. Take the send from another amp and bring it to the return of the valvestate. If it works the problem is in the preamp or loop of the Valvestate.
