How to change truss rod nut???

I have a fender standard strat neck and the truss rod nut is flat :(
How can I get it out and change it with the new one???
Please help me out

You might try a long nosed pair of pliers, but, you will certainly have to use a litle counterpresure on the neck to loosen the grab (friction) of the nut onto the washer. Sometimes it's just plain impossible to do the job, and you have to take the whole rod out.

MickYes, but if the hex key is rounded, there isn't much choice!

What I did was using some power glue on the tip of Allen key and it worked!!!
I adjust the truss rod now to 011 set
To change the truss rod nut now I know that I have to remove the wooden ring,
Or the nut doesn't come out
