bias circuit for 5F8A

Hi again folks-Thought Id run this by you open for suggestions
-Im building A 5F8A twin configured for 6V6's but my power xfrmr has no tap for the bias.
Im considering tapping off the HV ala ampeg but interested in other concepts.

I was wondering if anyone had found or knew of any other ways of doing it besides the usual.

They left out one other one, which is to derive a completely separate power supply for the bias. This is usually done for large amps trying to squeeze as much power out as possible.
