Anyone dealt with Sozo Caps lately?

I've been waiting for Sozo to send me an order I paid for nealry 3 weeks ago.
Does anyone know what's going on with him? No replies to my emails either...

I had a similar experience with Sozo. Same situation: placed order no response.
I was concerned enough that I place an additional order for Sozo caps with Metro Amps (They're better at PR).
About a week after I rec'd the Metro order, the Sozo batch showed up.
So, I'm very happy with their caps but I guess they're just not really good with email. I also suspect that they've been flooded with orders due to various reviews and they need to fill dealer orders first. (You know greater volume, more money pays the bills faster. Don't blame them they're just trying to make a living.)

I think its a random problem. I have a friend that just placed and order with them and got the parts inside a week. I think that your order just got missplaced. I had the same exeperience as my friend about a month ago.
