5E3 Speaker Buzz

hi, i have just finished my first 5e3 build and i am getting an awful buzz from the speaker, i have checked all connection numerous times and resoldered all connections but the buzz still remains. after checking everything over and over the past 3 days, i am now looking help to try to narrow down the problem....? is this from bad grounding, mixed wires, anything else ?

If it were Me I would try another speaker. I assume since Your building an amp that You might have a cab or another speaker lying around ?
