Just taking a pole on what people have used to glue tolex.

I've used the obvious 3M spray stuff most suppliers sell. Works fine. But I like applying vs. spraying the material.

I just tried vinyl flooring glue and it worked great. Held a little firmer. But... watch out when the amp sits in a hot car. It will peel right off!

Also, I've done some reconing. I'd bet some of those glues would work great and if bought in bulk can be gotten CHEAP!

Any other ideas?

I use Neoprene glue for my tolex work. It doesn't smell bad with no nasty solvents required and it is very easy to work with. Available at Antique Electronic : http://www.tubesandmore.com/ search for part number # S-F316
