Champ kit: arcing problem

Hello,
I just finished to build my first amp kit. This is a Champ kit. Problem is that it is not working (my first build :o ).

When I switch on, all seems normal but after 10 seconds, I heard a hiss sound (not from the speaker) and then there is an arc on the 4 pin of the 6V6 socket. Then I stop the amp! Note that the fuss doesn't blow and that I can power on again.

Does anybody of you have an idea of the cause of the problem?

Ok I found the problem... The speaker jack was not connect to my hiwatt cabinet but to my hiwatt head :mad:

But now I have a lound hiss through to the speaker. Do you think that I have blow the output transformer? :confused:

All is working great now just a problem with the wiring of the output transformer. The sound is really good. I'm happy:D
