Eyelet or Turret boards?

Does anyone have a strong preference for one over the other? Which one of these would be best if you change out parts frequently?

Marvino here. I have been building amps on turret lug boards, mfg. by Keystone Co.. I can scan the board and plan component layout on the PC in Corel Draw. Of course you can do the same with eyelets. I like the rigid stability of the fiberglass board. Under the mounting stand-offs I use a long copper piece made from thick stock (Hobby Lobby) all gnd leads solder cleanly and securely to a very low resistance star ground. Just some thoughts.
