Just wanted to see if any of you Computer guys are experienced in using sub high power Ups sysyems in the 2000 XL series that use the battery packs 2000 XL BP. Did they like change the battery pack connections are something because these things just aren't matching up. Getting Support from these people is a very frustrating things and getting schematics is even harder are imposible as they are top priority. These things aren't to hard to work on as the only major problems are the MOSFETS frying but this battery pack thing is a royal pain. Red,Blue, Gray and they never seem to match up so you'll have to buy a whole new battery pack. Does any one here have any connections to the cable crimping devices and connectors. APC did use Anderson 175 amp 600 volt series and Tripp -Lite now uses the KST from Japan. I tried finding a distributor but they won't email me back. Any light would be great.!

Can you post a picture of the connectors? Someone here might recognise them.

Yeh, but not until monday when I get the digital over there. I found that this new APC SU 220O XLNET has this new type smaller blue connector made by Anderson Terminals. I'm worried that it's going to be a proprietory connector that they won't sell to anyone but APC because I can't find it anywhere on the website. I really want to get all of these terminals, lugs, and a roll of wire and the crimping tool so I can interchange any system that comes in. Theres no telling how many UPS systems our Co. has out there and I'd like to be able to not have to buy a new battery pack for each system which is exactly what they want me to do.
