Anyone have recommendations for obtaining good old rock music via streaming audio over the web? I'm looking for 60's & 70's music. The play lists on the local stations really suck and I miss all the good songs they ignore. I have run across some good syndicated shows such as The Deep End hosted by Nick Michaels but the show is only on for an hour once a week.
TIA,
Tom

This site has a listing of internet radio - I'm on dialup, so I can't get to any of it.
Check out Little Steven's Underground Garage for 60s stuff, plus inspired-by-60 current music.
Also, WMBR has a good show of 60s obscurities at 12:00PM EST.

Not exactly classic rock, but the stuff I like.

You might like to try my hometown rock station which nowadays
mostly plays old rock. Apparently they weren't doing very well
keeping up with the competition so they decided to specialize
in what they always did best, classic rock. I grew up listening
to this station (30+ years ago) and it sounds today more or less
as is did then. Even some of the announcers are still there (like
Too Tall), it's kind of weird, like no time has gone by.
I've never listened to them on the web but apparently they broadcast
to it. Give them a try :
