Magnatone 260 celestion Blue or Gold

I have a 1957 Magnatone 260 appx 35 watts. It has 2x12" jensens p12r's
that are shot. I want to replace them with Celestion Blue or Gold. The
Blues are rated at 15W and the Gold 50W. I am wondering which is the
best way to go? I mostly play on my 1954 Gibson Super 300. I want a
more sublte jazz sound. My choices are:

A. 2 blues 15w each totsl of 30W - might distort too early
B. 1 gold 50W even though the cabinet is made for 2 12"s
3. 2 gold 50W total of 100W. Might be too hard to push?

any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I've got one of those. I'm pretty confident it would destroy a pair of 15w speakers. They're great amps for a clean sound. Mine doesn't start to break-up until it's dimed, and it's as loud as any 2X12 combo need ever be. 2X50w would be my choice.
