This is a set of stacked singles I got in part payment for building a guy an amp. Not sure who made them. Appears to be garolite flatwork, masking tape wrap and wax potted. Mags are hand bevelled and "appear" to be one long piece. The buggers are also about and inch and a quarter tall. Make it hard to install in a strat without routing the body I would think.

have you tried them ? the P100 is the only other I can think of that has the poles going through both coils like that..no doubt there are others.
I have a pickup here that someone sent me , I'll post a pic ..maybe we can have a " wacky " pickup thread so we can all look at whats been done

The Fender Noiseless pickups use Samarium Cobalt magnets that run right through. They have a thick steel plate between each bobbin. Very difficult to repair as the plastic bobbins are designed to melt with the slightest application of heat.
Curious to know if those phenolics are any good Chevalij. They look shit; no offence.

Hey Spence, I'm not traumatized by your comments. I haven't even popped them into a body yet to see how they would sound. I was, like I said curious if anybody knew who made them. I was told they're about 10 years old.

Never seen them before but I would be tempted to hold onto them. Someone somewhere will know what they are and in a few years they may crop up as being desireable as these things often do.
