ac30/4 - dr.z stingray in one amp....but only 18watts

ok mostly the stingray , ac30/4 are the same but here is what i would like to build for my next project. lets start with 18 watts .

Controls .... master , volume , tone . cut
tubes ef86 , 12ax7 , 2 el84s , rec don't know

wanna have mostly clean tone with a touch of hair at low volumes thats what the master and volume would be for . can anyone help.

What do you want at maximum volume?

i would like it to be 15 to 18 watts. sound alot like a trainwreck rocket /
ac30/4 . dr.z stangray. i under stand the louder it goes the more distortion thats fine. i play alot of times at low volumes (practice amp)
