Peavey studio pro 112 reverb problem

I have a studio pro 112, the reverb is not functional, this one does hum and noise when I move up. The rest works ok.

- RCA cable is ok
- I disconnect RCA fron the reverb tank and the problem persists ..

Please, say to me like to fix this. What is wrong ?
