Original power jack for DOD 250??

I'm restoring an old DOD 250 I've had in pieces in a box for years (I used it to house a homemade fuzz). I have most of the original parts and enclosure, but I am missing the original 1/8" power supply jack.

Anyone know exactly what type of 1/8" replacement jack I need to get so the power comes from the supply when plugged in?

Look at Switchcraft's model MDSL2A. I've seen this type in the 250 and other DOD pedals of the same era. Switchcraft was readily available during this time and many pedal mfgs used their parts in their pedals.
