I have noticed that the topic of covers comes up with a certain amount of regularity. While I don't have any ABS lying around, there is a roll of Polytrichloroethylene which, when heated with a heat gun and pressed into a simple wooden form gave good results. I was then able to use Krylon Paint on the Inside - no wear issues. And since matte finish seems to be the preference here, I even too the PoC one and hit it with 1500 grit quickly.
Hey all, Im working on a Mackie Th 12a (thump). The resistor r4 connecting jr2 (xlr jack) to J1 is fried. If youve got the schematic its on the TH-12A AMP SCHEMATIC 0021633-XX-E09-SCH page. Its just a 100 ohm resistor. Does it have a specific function and need to be replaced?? Or can I just run a wire connecting the two solder pads. Thanks Lowell
