My amp just fried and i believe it was the two bias resistors R102 &R101 I cannot find out what the value and wattage is of these two resistors becouse they were chared. These amps get real hot becouse of the tubes so I put two computer fans on it to keep it cool ,but I forgot to turn it on this time.Has anyone else had a problem similar to this ? It would get so hot ,you could not keep your hands on it for more than 3-4 seconds.
Thanks!

Hohner Orgaphon 45mh OT question

I just bought the guts of a Hohner Orgaphon 45MH off Ebay. Someone had stripped it out of it's chassis and tried unsuccessfully to build it into a head.
It uses two PL84 output valves with a stated 40 watt (!) output, or 45 watt with musik.
The output transformer is very unusual to me. I have included some fotos. There are four primary leads (or actually many more leads are tucked under some tape). The set on the left side shows 100 ohm resistance, as well as the set on the right, yet they show no continuity between left and right.
I did put 12volts AC thru one side of the primary and got .3volts on the secondary.
Can anyone tell me what to do with this? Should the two short wires be connected to create a centre tap?
