Strat pickup surrounds

I've looked and didn't find anyone with what I was looking for. I figured I have to make my own, but thought one of you guys might know of some that are available. What I'm looking for is a Strat pickup surround that could be used to mount it on an archtop. Maybe 3/8"-1/2" tall, for a thumb rest that a bass player would like. Anyone know of such a thing in production?

I found something in a shoe box I'd forgotten about. I had cut out a section of a Strat pickguard and glued it inside a plastic HB mounting ring. Since the inside of the mounting ring had a step in it, it came out pretty good.
