Anyone been able to get service info/parts info on these things? They're based in Taiwan and not getting back with me. I have a MAC 2.4 amp in with a *catastrophic* failure that burned pretty large holes on one of the pcb's due to a power rail cap failure.

Don't know them. Numerous companies selling them. Possibly ask some of those where they find support. Is there a US sales office?Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned. -
Yorkville Group is the USA distributor for Alto.
