ZT Amplifiers - The Loudest Little Amps in the World

200 Watts. How do they do it?

DO a search, we already have a thread going about these.

I have one, and ZT uses my name on their website. I can't say enough good things about the Lunchbox. Great-sounding and loud little amp. Sounds AWESOME through a 4 x 12 cabinet! ZT is doing the right thing, and they have their more upscale and larger Club series coming out soon. Keep your eyes on this company. They might just be the coolest little amp company around. No kidding.

...ultimately, LOUDNESS is determined by the efficiency of the speaker(s) used...and by the DEAFNESS of the listener.

I just won the loudest amp competition at the Nashville Amp expo in my class (20 to 50 watts). How'd I do it? With a speaker that had a sensitivity rating of 103Db/1W/1M.

It's Solid State so 200W should be no problem. There are single unit (1U) 19" rack poweramps nowadays that put out 2x1400W...

The tricky bit should be to get the little 6.5" speaker to cope with 200W (and sound good).
