Keeps blowing the fuse

I ahve a 65 Gibson Skylark GA-5t that keeps blowing the fuse, any thoughts?

Fuse Blows

Take all the tubes out and see if it still blows a new fuse.
Typically it will be a power tube that blows the fuse but a shorted filter cap or bad transformer will do it with no tubes.... and of course there just could be a simple shorted secondary wire from the PT, being old.
You'll have to do a little work here to get some additional help.
