How many volts should be reading on power tube and preamp tube pins?

      fender twin reverb tube voltage

Thanks for the tip. Do I trace the pins that show the wrong voltage following the wire to the resistor or cap or could it be a bad solder joint or any of the above?

        B+ Voltage

What exactly are you trying to repair.
Amp Model and symptom would help.

          fender twin reverb tube voltage

I bought a 1973 fender twin on ebay the first time I stepped on the reverb pedal it made a loud squealing noise and the volume went way low and sounded distorted. I ended up replacing all tube sockets tubes caps and resistors then rewired most of the amp. After all the work was done I could not get any sound this morning I realized I did not solder the input jack correctly now it works however the vibrato and reverb are not working and plugging in the vibrato side is not as loud as the normal side I checked the bias on the tubes and they are between 29 and 32 milliamps. Some of the preamp tube plates are glowing. I'm a newbie to working on amps so I'm more or less trial and error at this point. any advice is appreciated.

With amp off measure the resistance from your preamp tubes' cathodes (pins 3 and 8) to gound and see if your reading is close to the resistor value that is called for on the schematic. You might even find an open connection (blown resistor) which would casue your preamp tube to redplate and also screw with the voltage readings.

Here is a schematic for the non-push-pull master volume version:

And here is the push-pull MV:
