Yeah. Just run the line out to a line level input on a mixer or recording device. If it is a tube output sage amp you will still have to have a speaker load. If it has an SS output stage it won't care if you do or don't.

Music Man RD/RP Insert Jacks

Just be aware that there are 2 front-panel Insert jacks. The first one (left jack) is 100mV nominal audio level (instrument level) which is usually way too low for a standard "line" connection (about 1 Volt).

The second insert jack (right-side jack) is at a 3 Volt nominal audio level and is a bit high for a standard line level. I believe Music Man thought that the 100mV insert point could be used as an effects loop for pedals (which operate at instrument level) and the 3 Volt insert would be used as a high-level low noise way to slave multiple amps to each other. I do not think that interfacing to an actual line-level device was in their mind.

The best way I know of to interface a line-level effects device to one of these amps is to use a standard "Insert Cable" (one 1/4" TRS Stereo Phone plug to 2 1/4" Mono Phone Plugs) and connect an EB Tech (now owned by Morley) Line Level Shifter between the Insert cable and the Line Level device(s) in the proper configuration. The LLS will reduce the high line level from the amp and boost the return signal back to the amp so everyone is happy.
