  • soundhole pickup specs

I was thinking about building a single coil soundhole pickup for my acoustic guitar; my idea is to use a few alnico rods i have spare, is there anyone who has already experienced such a construction or could just advice the specs (number of coils, wire type, etc..)?

Do you want it to sound like an acoustic guitar? Keep the winds on the low side.

        Try like 3000-4000 turns.
