  • Pop when switching NFB switch on 5F2A clone

    How do you mitigate the pop when switching the NFB in and out (or between a fixed and vr in my case)?
    I searched but couldn't find much...

    The switch needs to be set up so that there is always continuity in the loop. Can you show us what you have now?

      Is the switch before or after the feedback resistor, in relation to the output transformer?

      I would vote for between the OPT & the resistor.

          If you really want some gratification from the control you should increase the pot to 50k or 100k. Wire it like this:
