there are two 1/4" input jacks on the front panel that say; pre-out and power-in .
so what are these for??? how do I use them? I have a small gibson amp can I put the out from it (headphone) to the power-in hole and use it this way???

actually there's another 1/4" input hole right next to the other but foot switch I know.....

Yes, you can use the 'headphone out' jack from the Gibson.
Most probably, you will need a stereo to mono adapter, as the one headphone channel will be pulled to ground without one.
(I am not too sure what this will do to the Gibson. It would appear to be best if you do not ground the signal.)

The Pre & Power jacks are designed to be used in a loop.
Although the Pre Out can be used to send the preamp signal to another amp.
Likewise a separate preamp out signal can be sent to the Power In jack to utilize only the Fender power amp.

Inserting a plug into the Pre Out usually does not interfere with the amps operation.

Whereas the Power Amp In jack will typically cutoff the amps Preamp to Power Amp link.

thanx very much....I just wanted to try getting the gibson sound (because it has just a 6 inch spkr) to the 12 inch on the fender so I can get more volume while getting the gibson sound which is quite nice...

      aloha, popo
