    If not specified, the default is fast.
    Especially with SS gear like this, although it may have a preamp tube.

      Slow blow fuses are design to with stand a short period of in rush current .... motors require that type to get up to RPM .... transformers used in conventional power supplies can take some amount of inrush depending on the capacitors feeding the main rectifier off the power tranny. A slow blow will do okay, if it blows then something is loading the power supply on the main rail, its not going to make a puff. Be aware that the fuse is rated for 115 VAC or better ... o: ...an older 32 volt can arc causing catastrophic melt down, should a gross over load exist stressing the fuse.
