Did you contact Rode and ask them for it?

May I suggest, unless they reply in the next day or two, that you CALL them. And also, a distributor is not the manufacturer, so try contacting RODE themselves.

I thoroughly agree with Enzo.. contact Rode.. they may not supply schematics but will offer support.
The NTK mic according to the Australian web site
          RØDE Microphones - NTK

has an extended 10 year warranty if you registered your mic in the first year of purchase.

I have found Rode to be excellent with their response and backup.

Check the tension of the tube socket pins .. and use the old one to spray some deoxit on it's pins and work it in and out a few times.

Can you borrow another PSU ? or hang a o'scope on the unit and see if it's spitting !

A quick check on their web site gives service agent / distributor as

            6-1275 Newton Street
            Boucherville, Quebec, J4B 5H2
            Canada

            (450) 449-8177

            info@adi-online.net

Audio Distributors International | We know music.

I assume these are the people you have already contacted

Failing that, contact Rode in Australia by email info@rode.com RØDE Microphones
            Or by phone +61 2 9648 5855 2pm Vancouver time is Sydney 9am

I have several Rode mics that i use for micing guitars and drum overheads, they are great mics.
I have not had to deal with them for service, but i think they would bend over backwards to help you.

If the unit is under warranty, then you should be able to get it repaired under warranty
