  • 100 Watts w/ Reverb and Vibrato...

    Hi,

I'm trying to round out my collection of Fender silverface Twin Reverb (Dual Showman Reverb) schematics.

I have the 100 watts with Reverb and Vibrato (but really tremolo) schematics Rev C, Rev F and Rev G. I'm wondering if anyone has or has seen a schematic past Rev G, and before the 135 watt UL amps appeared or earlier than Rev C. Rev C has a master volume control but no 'pull for boost' that appears on Rev F. In fact there's a note on the bottom of the Rev C schematic that refers one to Rev F if you need the schematic for the push/pull switch on the master volume. I wonder if there's a Rev B or Rev H for this series of amps? The last Twin Reverb schematic I have before the '100 watts with Reverb and Vibrato' is AA270. Someone prior to me wrote a date on the Rev G schematic that I have: 9/76. Rev G has the 100 ohm hum balance pot for the heater circuit instead of the 2x 100 ohm ground reference resistors that appeared on earlier versions.
I know Fender didn't generate a new schematic for every single circuit change made but I'm just curious to know what various revisions of this schematic are out there.

    Thanks,

    Bob M.

Lots of good Fender schematics, especially from the Tube Store for the later Fenders but nothing I don't have or know about. The Tube Store lists Rev F and Rev G for 100 watt with Reverb and Vibrato and Rev C under the Quad Reverb, 100 watt no Master Volume. I'm wondering if Fender ever issued any schematic(s) for this series after Rev G but before the start of the UL 135 watt amps and also before Rev C but after AA270? If so, they would be rare.

      Thanks,

      Bob M.
