  • Yamaha G5 schematic?

Can anyone provide or point me to a Yamaha G5 schematic? Thank you

Can you tell us what it is? Yamaha makes/made a G5 player piano, a G5 motorcycle, and a little G5 guitar amp.

Amp schematic appears in this thread:

Experience is something you get, just after you really needed it.

        Uh oh...

Yours looks real, mine now looks suspicious.

My dealer support site does not list the amp.

In that thread, the schem is for a generic practice amp (not mentioned by brand), not specifically the G5.

I had it "somewhere", very probably downloaded from Nick´s site , better get it straight from the source.

I remembered it was a tiny "Yamaha G100" , with its Fet gain stages, Fenderish EQ and smooth soft sound in general, killer for Jazz and such (although with a larger/better speaker).

And terrible distortion (as cheesy as its cousins the Roland JC´s).

No sense in modding it, better slap a good pedal in front.

Construction, with its polished wood cabinet and cane grill, is *gorgeous* .

Curious about original speaker, if at all possible post a couple pictures.
