I have an Egnater Renegade head that's got a problem with channel 2. It takes 30 min to go to full signal after coming off standby. Has anyone seen this problem before?

Do the obvious first, swap out the tubes in the channel. Can I assume it uses common tubes like 12AX7 in the preamp? If so, pins 1 and 6 are the plates, do the plate voltages seem similar in all the tubes? And do the cathode voltages - pins 3 and 8 - each show evidence of tube conduction at reasonable current?
Apply a signal to the input and trace it through the amp, Got any plates missing signals?
