Pyle Pro PWMA_230 noisy mike jacks

amp is quiet until plugging microphone into either mike 1 or 2 jack. with volume all the way down hearing static and light hum. remove mike from input jack and all is quiet again. guitar or aux input jacks working fine. have no schematic, can't find one on web.
any suggestions appreciated.

this appears to be noise i'm getting when I plug into mike 1 or 2 input jack. sorry image is sideways, noise is to the left, test signal is on right. note this is with volume turned all the way down. when I turn volume up input is working but can hear a little noise in background.
