Can you help me hook up a Tube Driver ?

I got this BK Butler Tube driver and the wires are off of the board. Can anyone tell me where they go. The red wires (heater) are hooked up. The input jack yellow and black wires from the bypass switch on each side is what I need or a picture of one would work too. It's the old model not the new one with the connectors. These wires are hard soldered in.

Go to eBay and search for this auction item number 280185582853. There is a picture of a reissue with the cover off. it may help?
