  • Replacement OT for vintage Rickenbacker E12 amp

I have a very nice Rickenbacker E12 amplifier that recently had the output transformer go tits up. Of course this thing is rare as hens teeth and finding a perfect replacement is probably going to be tricky. In any case, the circuit is relatively similar to a blackface vibro-champ with 1 6V6, 2 12AX7s (one for the vib) and a 5Y3 but it runs way less voltage to the 6V6... it's in the high 200s compared to 350 or so for the Fender. This schematic from the Ric site for the B9 is very close to that of my amp with a couple value differences here and there. I haven't traced it out completely however to be totally sure. In any case, I just need help choosing a suitable OT for this to replace my bad one. And FWIW, the original Jensen P12Q is probably 8Ω so I'll need something to match that. And what about having the original re-wound? What might it cost? I gather very pricey but I can't find anything that would give me a frame of reference there.
