XR600C fuse blown

My Peavey XR600C mixer amp recently shut down during use. I believe it was caused by a bad speaker or cable. Replaced fuse twice and immediately blew. Disconnected internal power connection to amplifier and mixer portion came on without blowing fuse. Any suggestions on repair options. Thanks.

Yeah, your power amp blew. You most likely have a couple shorted output transistors.

Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
