Newcomb E-10A

Anyone seen a schematic for this dual 6V6 bad boy? I've come across an E-10 in my searching and an E-10B but they have different tube compliments than the E-10A. This one has had the input section modified with what looks like a small output tranny on one of the inputs. Though I plan on modding it for guitar, I'd like to know how it started out. Any info would be appreciated.

That looks really strange!
1/2 pentode 1/2 triode phase inverter.
Is it normal to have such huge plate resistors with grid leak bias? I've never done it so I'm not sure how it affects the gain differently but 560k on a 6AU6 seems like a ton of gain.
