Hi guys,
I need some help from those of you who's been working on the 3-channel rectifier series. This amp has a serious amount of high-end buzz and fizz on the distortion channels. I've been comparing the schematic to my own 2-channel Rectifier - both amps have been tried with the same tubes: The 2-channel sounds much more balanced, whereas the 3-channel sounds undefined and the overdrive has a lot of fizz.
I see a lot of guys are modifying these amps to get the buzz out - what's the secret?
