I'd love to find a replacement.... Body is 88mm long, screw centers are 80mm, 60mm travel, 10k Audio, knob slides on.... Mouser only has linear... I realize I could always install rotory pots, but that would be ugly....

What is bad on the old one? Usually the handle breaks off the little shuttle inside. If you can find another slider of th same make and similar model, you can disassemble that and take its good shuttle out and install it in your old slider.
Go over to geofex.com and look up "the secret life of pots". perhaps you can create a more suitable taper with that Mousre linear and some external resistors.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned. -
Enzo, Thx for the suggestion it works now. I carefully took it apart and clean it out sprayed D5 on the contacts. It looks like it was looseing contact due to dirt. I hope it stays that way.....Comment
