If the schematic is unavailable you have a working channel. Just compare voltages on active components between the 2 channels with no load. Check for DC offset on the bad channel.

DC offset, or broken ground connection at the jacks.

What causes DC offset? A bad ground?

Typically, Vdc offset on a non powered mixer, is caused by a compromised (ie: blown) output IC.

As Enzo pointed out, it could also be the jack ground itself.

That's what I was concerend with was a blown output..no audio passed thru just loud racket. Are two 8 leg OP amps on that board, and 3 16 leg ones.
