Trying to diagnose a loss of Reverb AND tremolo on an AC15cc1. Not sure if they stopped working at the same time or not. Not very familiar with this circuit...

The rails on IC1, IC2, and IC3 all check out OK, 3 volts off. (27v, -27v, 27v, -27v, 15v, -15v)
Checked the footswitch with a dummy plug. Touching either reverb + produces no buzz, reverb shows up maybe 5% when the tank is tapped. So quiet I can't tell if it's mechanical or electronic noise I'm hearing. Checked with a different tank. Any direction would be appreciate! Thanks!
