  • Help please Roland Cube CH 60 (Cube Chorus) schematic needed

    Hello guys!
I'm working with this amp and it isn't easy to me to find a trouble in the preamp section.
I found in a thousand sites schems about Cube 60 (Orange), but this is a bit different...
    Thanks a lot!
    Best,
    M

      Hi nosaj, thanks!
      Nop...
It's a old one...like the old orange, but with a basic chorus built in. From the 80's...all discrete, FETs 2SK117 and OP JRC4558...
The amp have a variable hiss (like an open imput), works in his overdriven mode like a clean chanel, and with very pour volume at the max. in the normal input.

Is it a Cube-60 or a CH-60? I get the impression those are two different models. And always include Roland in the search window.
Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

How about a pic of the circuit board and the amp? Even without a schematic we should be able to logically work it out.

Very close...it is similar to that (same period I suppose), but with the chorus and discrete reverb driver...I had this schem, and the pre is similar but not equal.
              Thanks!

Actually when you reply look for the go advanced button, then scroll down to manage attachments which will give you the file upload manager.
I've only had a problem when files exceed the 4.5meg mark.

It's a procedure, which I used all the time.
                        Today it does not work.
                        File's size is only 570KB.

Perhaps I have some problems with my local Internet.
But if you want, you can always find a way out.

Ok we have a schematic for you now. If effects are off. And you plug a guitar into Main In Do you hear the hiss? (albeit vol Will be low).
Now if you have a second amp with a Main In Take your roland with a guitar plugged into Normal(then Overdrive) >Pre OUT into Main in on second Amp Do you have the Hiss?

                              Thanks,
