I've recently installed a buckethead-esque killswitch in my schecter hellraiser. I put the killswitch in where the tone pot used to be and left the tone pot floating in the cavity for the time being. My question is, can i take one of the volume pots out altogether, and solder both of the signal wires coming from the pickups to the other volume pot making it a master volume? This way I'll be albe to put the tone pot where the un-used volume used to be.... The stock wiring diagram can be found here http://www.schecterguitars.com/schem...nd%20C-1FR.pdf Any help is appreciated, cheers. Last edited by tboy; 12-06-2008 at 02:37 AM. |

You can do it-- EMG provides a diagram on their website. There's no killswitch on this one but I'm sure you can figure it out if you did it with the old config http://www.emgpickups.com/downloads/.../EMG-ZWset.pdf Look for Diagram 3... it's sorta near the bottom of the page. |
