Bogen VP-17 to 5c3 Deluxe finished

I finaly finished my first build and it sound pretty good. I burnt up the original OP transformer and subbed an old tube organ output transformer. The output wires are green and black with a reading of 1.2ohms. Does anyone have a guess to the what ohm load i need to use on this transformer(4,8,16).
Why does the 5c3 deluxe have 3 inputs ? 2 are the same and the other doesnt have the 75K resistor. I have one spot left open on the front of the amp for an extra potentiometer. Any sugestions for what i can put in this spot ( tone, master volume etc.).

Please dont laugh at my work im new to this.
