Transistor heatsink shoulder washers

Hi can someone please tell me what those white plastic shoulder washers that insulate power transistors from the heatsink?

The shoulder washers really only insulate the metal case from the mounting screws. The mica insulator or silipad isolates the case from the heatsink.

Each size transistor case, TO-3, TO-220, etc. needs a different sized washer.

sorry should've been more clear.. I mean the shoulder washers that insulate the SCREWS from the transistor.

I was wondering what they're called so I could order some on digikey or mouser... but don't worry I found them under "insulating shoulder washers"

They might also be found under "transistor mounting kit."
