sunn coliseum 300

i got this sunn coliseum 300 and hokked it up it didnt work but if i pluged my bass into power amp input in the back it worked but only at a low volume
is this worth fixing any ideas whats wrong?

Sure it is worth fixing, but what is wrong? HArd to say, something in the preamp.

What happens if you connect the preamp out to the power amp in with a spare cord?
