Does anyone have info on how to build a LINE 6 FB4 FOOT CONTROLLER

I picked up a Line 6 Spider 212 100 watt chassis for $26 bucks and fixed it. The foot controller is $100 if you can find one. I think it is a midi interface even though it only has 4 switches. Any advice would be helpful.

Here it is:

Line6 FBV Express foot controller

If You don't need LED for channel on/off indication, simply use only R1..R5 resistors and switches.
