5f2-a build High pitch squeal

My 5f2-A has a high pitch squeal on start up (Much the way you would get when you have to swap the plate wires on a amp w/t NFB) Since there is only one plate wire,I'm very confused? I've double checked my wiring, All looks good.My guess is it's a grounding problem? or a defective OT? Thanks in advance for any help.

Try swapping the anode and B+ primary wires on the OT anyway. One of the first tweed 5F2-A Princeton clones I built did this. I hooked up the wires according to the conventional wire color code, but the blue and red wires were switched.
