jackson 50 watt all tube head

well i took this on just to see if it can be fixed, i am hoping there are some ideas floating around that i have not thought of.

i have a jackson 50 watt all tube head from the 90's that needs a 3way push pull mid boost pot, that attaches to the board. it has 12 pins around the pot on the bottom and 1 center. and it looks like only 4 pins are used. 3 from the outside, and the one in the middle. when you pull the pot out, it has 3 adjustments, when you push the pot in, it spins like a normal pot.

the houseing is all plastic, and is grey and black.

any help would be greatly app. thanks in advance.
